Thursday morning will see both Saturn and the remarkable "Strawberry Moon" visible over the skies of the UK.
Here's what you need to know as the full moon and Saturn get ready to put on a dazzling display this week.
The Strawberry Moon - also known as the Rose Moon or Honey Moon - was named by Algonquin tribes, who used the full moon as a signal to pick ripe strawberries and other fruit. This hue is typical of June full moons because they rise so low in the sky, which allows the light to be filtered by the atmosphere such that the orange and red become more visible.
The moon will hit its fullest point late tonight - or early tomorrow on the East Coast - 11:53 p.m. CDT.
According to Inverse, the Strawberry Moon will come with an intergalactic tagalong, Saturn, which will also be hitting its opposition on Wednesday night. Areas in darker blue are forecast to have the clearest skies tonight.
For those in New York City, the moon will rise 8:05 p.m. and set at 5:06 a.m.
The eclipse will reach its peak sometime around 8:22 p.m. UTC or 1:52 AM IST, says the report.
Like every full moon, this one will be best observed not when it's high in the sky, but as it rises at dusk.
"It's the most colorful of all full moons". And yes, it will look larger than normal - but this always happens when the moon is near the horizon. Some of the June full moon names are Cold Moon, Oak Moon, and Long Night's Moon, reminiscent of our names in January.
The next full moon will be on July 27, 2018, and it's going to be a very special one indeed.
"Sometimes called an apogean full moon, or micro-moon or mini-moon, this smaller and slower-moving full moon takes more time to cross the Earth's shadow than does a full moon that's closer to Earth and moving faster in orbit", McClure said.
The totality phase of next month's eclipse will last for one hour and 43 minutes, the longest total lunar eclipse in the 21st Century. However, none of that will be observable from North America because it occurs during daytime.
