When Nevada pulled off its thrilling 22-point comeback over Cincinnati, the Wolfpack also made history.

The only bigger comeback in NCAA history came in 2012, when BYU beat Iona after trailing by 25 points.

PJ Savoy buried the go-ahead 3-pointer, and the Seminoles rallied from a 12-point, second-half deficit to record a victory over the Musketeers in Nashville, Tenn. After the Bearcats built on their lead in the second half, Nevada moved to a trapping defense, and Cincinnati struggled to adjust.

Thanks to Nevada's pair of double-digit comebacks and the handful of upsets on the other side of the region, the Wolf Pack's Final Four hopes have skyrocketed.

ESPN gave Nevada a 0.1 percent chance of winning when they trailed by 22 points.

Junior Caleb Martin humorously explained that Musselman was looking for an opportunity to show off his physique.

Tyus Battle had 17 points and Oshae Brissett scored 15, lifting 11th-seeded Syracuse to a 55-53 win over third-seeded Michigan State on Sunday and into the NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16. They played their game and came all the way back to finally take a lead with just nine seconds left in regulation.

Cincinnati (31-5) scored the game's first 10 points and was up 44-32 at halftime.

Are you ready? In the meantime, here's a video of head coach Eric Musselman running into the locker room with his shirt off. "I've seen too many guys when the guy makes a 3 and it goes into overtime". It's the happiest I've ever been in my life.

Cincinnati, the No. 2 seed, never trailed until Hall's tiebreaking basket but watched its lead disintegrate as it failed to make a basket in the final 5:45.

"Especially in March, you know that nobody's ever out", Clark said. I couldn't be more proud of a team. And it got real, real physical around the rim, and I'll let you take it from there on that.

The NCAA Tournament resumes in the South Region with No. 2 seed Cincinnati taking on No. 10 Nevada.

Nevada will face Loyola-Chicago in the next round, with the victor advancing to the Elite 8.
